When the Apollo High School Campus expanded in 2019, there was a ripple effect…it required a new football stadium to make room for a new parking lot to be constructed where the original football stadium was located. RBS designed the new stadium, which was completed in time for the final game of the 2019 Season.
The new stadium includes many innovative features — a broken-back track, LED field lighting, new concrete pathways and walks; new 6’ and 4’ fencing and site drainage improvements. RBS also constructed a game day entry building, as well as grandstand seating, locker room and press box. The new site also provides an area for bus parking, visitor bleachers, new student park, and a locker room building with concessions. And LED lighting highlights the new scoreboard.
