New Chapel Hill Head Start Center

The new Chapel Hill Head Start Center is a state of the art building, which will include 3 preschool classrooms and 3 infant-toddler classrooms, all of which have a window shape designated to each room.

The solar panels on the roof have drastically reduced utility costs for the facility. The center also includes a STEAM room for science exploration as well as a 1,500 square foot cafeteria that will also serve as a storm shelter that can sustain up to 200 mile an hour winds. This building will be something the citizens of Crittenden County can be proud of in their community as Audubon Area Head Start and the Crittenden County Preschool continue to develop tomorrow’s future leaders.
